Senior Analyst- Client Accounting Services

Position Summary

Sikich is seeking a Senior Analyst who will be responsible for executing daily accounting and finance responsibilities for a variety of clients within the business processing outsource (BPO) – mid market area.

• Execute daily accounting and finance responsibilities for our clients.
• Perform month‑end close and other recurring finance and accounting focused tasks.
• Build and implement financial and operational infrastructure on client engagements.
• Streamline reporting and processes.
• Analyze data sets in Excel for key trends and observations.
• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure a consistent work product.
• Manage multiple work streams and projects in a logical, organized, and process‑driven manner.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, preferred.
• Five (5) plus years of experience in an accounting or finance role, required.
• Previous consulting, accounting, or finance positions, preferred.
• Proactive innovator with ability to work under limited supervision or in a team environment; ability to handle tight timelines.
• Strong analytical and time management skills.
• Effective communicator with comfort in asking questions.
• Intermediate Excel skills required; experience with other Microsoft Office products, preferred.

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $96,700. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
