• Financial Analysis & Underwriting
• Credit Risk Assessment
• Portfolio Management

• Governance, Compliance & Documentation

• Assess financials, trends, and credit risk
• Evaluate repayment capacity and structure financing solutions
• Build models and prepare credit recommendations

• Monitor portfolios for risk changes
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Mitigate risk to protect assets

• Assist with new, renewal, and extension loans
• Support deal structuring and negotiations
• Partner with Relationship Managers to grow client relationships and revenue

• Experience in client‑facing roles, with a strong focus on relationship building and customer satisfaction
• Previous banking experience is an asset
• For Credit Qualifiable roles: must meet required credit qualifications, including relevant portfolio knowledge and skills per established standards
• Bachelor's degree required; preference for Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting. Equivalent experience or related disciplines considered
• Technical proficiency developed through education and/or professional experience

Annual salary range: $53,200.00 – $98,300.00. Salary is based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure.

Pay type:

Salaried. Part‑time roles will be pro‑rated based on hours.
