Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Compensation: $120,000-$140,000 Base + Bonus

The Kostelic Agency is partnering with a rapidly growing organization seeking an analytical and business-minded FP&A Manager to support leadership and help drive strategic financial decision-making.

This is a highly visible role offering significant interaction with executive leadership, operational teams, and various stakeholders. • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process across multiple business units.
• Build and enhance sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and business growth.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability.
• Partner closely with operational leaders to provide actionable financial insights that drive business decisions.
• Support acquisition activity through financial analysis, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and executive leadership to improve reporting accuracy and decision support.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, forecasting accuracy, and financial visibility.
