Check clients into the waiting area and manage lobby flow using a tablet;
Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options like mobile app and ATMs;
Build relationships with clients through active listening and teamwork to meet financial goals;
Execute branch operations which may include handling cash devices and maintaining security per policies
