Our client, a mission-driven non-profit managing federally funded programs and government contracts, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their Finance team. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, and compliance reporting across a portfolio of federal awards and requires hands-on Deltek Costpoint experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for federal contracts and grants
- Monitor spending against budgets and flag funding/burn-rate issues
- Maintain and reconcile project ledgers in Deltek Costpoint
- Support monthly/quarterly close, indirect rate application, and revenue recognition
- Assist with incurred cost submissions and indirect rate proposals
- Support internal/external audits (Uniform Guidance/Single Audit)
- Partner with Program Managers on budget-to-actuals reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4-6+ years of financial analysis experience with government contracts/grants exposure
- Hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint
- Working knowledge of 2 CFR 200 (Uniform Guidance); FAR/CAS familiarity a plus
