This role offers a unique blend of technical excellence, client interaction, and leadership responsibility.
Key Responsibilities Client Engagement Leadership- Plan, supervise, and complete multiple tax engagements simultaneously
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client relationships
- Balance complex engagements while managing multiple deadlines
- Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality client deliverables
- Anticipate client needs throughout the annual compliance cycle
- Prepare and review complex Forms 1040, 1041, 706, and 709
- Identify and evaluate tax-saving opportunities for clients and family groups
- Research federal and state tax matters affecting individuals, trusts, and estates
- Monitor changing tax laws and assess their impact on clients
- Provide proactive planning recommendations and advisory services
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships
- Serve as a regular advisor on tax matters affecting wealth preservation and transfer
- Communicate complex tax concepts clearly and effectively
