Duties Help Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following:
* Formulates new methods and strategies for improving anti-harassment program management functions by means of streamlining processes and providing program expertise in order to accomplish project assignments.
* Strengthens and promotes the resiliency and readiness of the WHS and WHS Serviced workforce through the development of integrated policies, oversight, and synchronization of activities in the areas of diversity management and equal opportunity, sexual assault prevention and response, and any other resiliency programs.
* Identifies new requirements and develops alterative organizational and management concepts to satisfy changing needs in a dynamic evolving environment for programs including, but not limited to Anti-Harassment and Conflict Coaching programs.
* Plans, directs, coordinates, and implements WHS Anti-Harassment and Conflict Coaching programs as required by Public Law, DoD Directives and Instructions, and WHS Regulations and Instructions. Reviews laws, regulations, policies, executive orders, and relevant judicial and administrative decisions to ensure the development, implementation, enforcement, and evaluation of the WHS Anti-Harassment and Conflict Coaching programs.
* Advises the WHS leadership on matters concerning effective and efficient policies and procedures related primarily to harassment, conflict resolution and related resiliency programs and initiatives. Requirements Help Conditions of employment

* The incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
* This position may require less than 10% occasional travel away from your normal duty station for official business on military or commercial aircraft.
* The incumbent may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays and/or overtime. Qualifications In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below. https:// You may qualify at the GS-14 level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirement:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service (experience may have been gained in the private sector) that demonstrates your ability in:
* Applying expert knowledge of Anti-Harassment, conflict resolution, and integrated prevention skills to a planning, organizing, directing, staffing, carrying out and evaluating the Anti-Harassment and Conflict Coaching programs emphasizing identification and resolution of complex systemic problems.
* Applying expert knowledge of Anti-Harassment, conflict resolution, and integrated prevention skills to a planning, organizing, directing, staffing, carrying out and evaluating the WHS Anti-Harassment and Conflict Coaching programs emphasizing identification and resolution of complex systemic problems.
* Applying expert knowledge in planning, directing, developing, and managing strategic communications pertaining to resiliency. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, Ameri Corps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. All qualifications and education requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement and clearly documented in your resume.
