* Serves as a senior program analyst, multi-functional subject matter expert, and leader of teams or projects conducted in joint, interagency, and multinational force environments.
* Serves as project or leader of teams using a matrix approach to acquire relevant skills and competencies for projects. Provides instructions to the team, assigns and reviews work; monitors progress and ensures accomplishment of objectives.
* Oversees or develops plans, methodologies, and approaches of projects. Defines scope, objectives, and resources required for projects. Serves as a subject matter expert.
* Oversees or prepares portions of reports of findings and recommended corrective actions; documents reports consistent with relevant standards and protocols.
* Drafts or participates in development of internal ODIG OCO policies and procedures; reviews and/or comments on DoW OIG and other DoW issuances in area of expertise. Requirements Conditions of employment
* Must be a U.S. Citizen.
* Position has been designated as Noncritical Sensitive. Incumbent is required to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

* You may be required to complete a financial disclosure (OGE-450).
* Incumbent is required to submit to urinalysis to screen for illegal drug use prior to appointment and is subject to random drug testing for the duration of service with DoW OIG.
* Current DoW civilian employees are not required to submit to drug testing if moving from one Testing Designated Position (TDP) to another with no break in service, unless deemed appropriate on a case-by-case basis.
* The incumbent must adhere to the DoD Standards of Conduct. Qualifications Time in Grade:
For entry at the GS-14 level, status applicants must have served 52 weeks as a GS-13 or equivalent or higher grade, in the Federal Service. Specialized
Experience:
Applicants must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade (GS-13) or equivalent within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required. Specialized experience is defined as:
Being responsible for projects, evaluations, or studies in widely varying oversight programs as it relates to Federal sector missions; conducting or leading teams in comprehensive studies, evaluations, and assessments of DoD/USG programs, projects, etc.; providing and receiving briefings and presentations on evaluation plans, findings, and recommendations, gathering information and evaluating on-site operations; and utilizing advanced analytical methods and techniques and organizing and applying broad, comprehensive knowledge of the law, regulations, directives, functional policies, procedures and techniques related to the oversight of overseas contingency operations.
