The City of Alexandria is seeking a Human Services Benefits Program Specialist to determine and re-determin e eligibility for SNAP, Medicaid for families, children, the elderly and disabled, TANF, Auxiliary Grants and other assistance programs.
Work is performed independently under established guidelines, interpreting policy and evaluating social and economic factors to determine eligibility, with emphasis on accuracy and fairness.
