• Evaluates and treats patients in a home setting
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
• Has your own equipment including smart devices and blood pressure monitor

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
• Education and/or experience: new graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists especially in hospice patients
• Actively licensed as a Virginia Physical Therapist

Job Type: PRN

• Flexible schedule: PRN therapists choose when they work and can accept or decline cases based on availability
• Variety of settings: work in assisted living facilities and residential homes
• Higher rates: while benefits such as PTO and health insurance are not provided, rates are attractive to offset the absence of benefits
• No long‑term contracts: assignments can vary from a few to many patients, depending on demand
• Weekend and holiday shifts: may be called for weekend or holiday work, often with premium pay rates
• Skill maintenance and professional growth: exposure to diverse patient cases keeps clinicians engaged and sharpens clinical skills
