Working alongside in-house therapists, Advanced Practice Providers can provide comprehensive support to patients throughout their mental health journeys. We foster professional growth through continuous education, supervision, and leadership opportunities, ensuring you have the resources necessary to thrive. Our clinical teams leverage evidence-based treatments, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato, to achieve transformative outcomes for those we care for.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and deliver ongoing psychopharmacological management.
- Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with mental health clinicians to enhance psychotherapy services.
- Administer interventional treatments such as TMS and Spravato.
- Licensed and Board Certified in the relevant state.
- Experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a focus on behavioral health.
- Preferred:
Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych). - Preferred:
Background in outpatient settings. - Preferred:
Experience working with clients across diverse age groups.

Columbia Mental Health is committed to equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $125,000 – $170,000, with actual compensation determined by licensure, experience, market factors, and available incentives. These salary ranges reflect our commitment to fair compensation practices, which may evolve to remain competitive and aligned with organizational goals.
