BILINGUAL Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Pay: $20-$32 per hour

Flywheel Centers is hiring caring and dependable Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home & in center ABA therapy in the afternoons to children with autism in the Alexandria, VA area. This is an opportunity to support real progress in a child s life, while receiving support from a collaborative clinical team.

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home, following a custom treatment plan
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Track session data and follow guidance from a supervising BCBA
• Create a positive, consistent environment for learning and connection

• Flexible, part-time afternoon hours (perfect for after-school or early evening schedules)
• Competitive hourly pay starting at $20
• Free 40-hour RBT training (if not certified)
• A supportive team that values your growth and input

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to and from in-home sessions
• Childcare or youth experience (required)
• ABA experience (preferred, but not required—we ll train you!)
