As a BCBA at AOK, you will oversee clinical programming for children with autism and developmental delays in home, school, and community settings across Virginia. You’ll design treatment plans, mentor technicians, collaborate with families, and help shape high‑quality clinical systems as we grow. We are especially interested in clinicians who enjoy mentoring staff and contributing to a strong clinical culture.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill‑based assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and train RBTs and paraprofessionals
- Monitor data and adjust programs using evidence‑based practices
- Partner closely with families and caregivers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and school teams
- Maintain timely clinical documentation and treatment updates
- Ensure ethical and compliant service delivery
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible for Virginia licensure
- ABA clinical experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical judgment and data‑driven decision‑making
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
