As Clinic Director, you ll guide both clinical excellence and operational strength within the Alexandria location. In this role, you’ll have opportunities to:

• Mentor and develop newer clinicians
• Lead in-house education and training initiatives
• Strengthen clinic culture, strategy, and community reach
• Build and expand cash-based performance and wellness programs
• Collaborate with other Clinic Directors and leadership to grow as a leader
• Advance self-pay health & performance services

• Ensuring the clinic consistently delivers a top-tier customer experience
• Upholding all compliance standards across operations

You’re a motivated, people-centered leader who thrives in both patient care and team development. An ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 4 years of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
• At least 2 years of experience in a Clinic Director or similar leadership role
• Excellent communication, organization, and coaching skills
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, motivate, and inspire a team
• Strong orthopedic and/or sports physical therapy expertise
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and Virginia PT license (or eligibility)
