We are a residential program catering to at-risk adolescents. The schedule for this position includes day, evening, and weekend hours.

• Providing direct supervision to at-risk teens with behavioral problems, substance use, and/or mental health issues.
• Offering case management services, including developing service plans.
• Conducting regular meetings with youth and their families.
• Providing individual and group counseling ‑escalating resident's behavior in challenging situations.
• Completing required documentation, including daily logs, incident reports, case notes, and other necessary paperwork.
• Transporting youth to off‑campus activities and events.
• Acting as an integral part of the team, collaborating with other staff members to ensure the well‑being of our residents.

• Requires a Bachelor's degree
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Experience in a related field is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual/Spanish a plus
• Must Be Able To Work Weekends and Nights
