- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, staff, and families, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document services accurately and communicate progress clearly to all stakeholders.
- Maintain current Virginia licensure and ASHA certification; prior experience in long-term care is preferred.
