Front Desk - Guest Services Agent

Job description Duties

• - - MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR HOTEL EXPERIENCE EXPERIENCE IS PREPFERED
• - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
• - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
• - Assist with reservations and room assignments
• - Process payments and maintain accurate records
• - Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR HOTEL EXPERIENCE EXPERIENCE IS PREPFERED

• - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• - Strong guest service orientation with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• - Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
• - Experience with night audit procedures is a plus
• - Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable
• - Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact
• - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• - Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is preferred
