POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Office Coordinator/HR Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of business activities and human resources functions within the organization. This position involves a combination of administrative and HR tasks, serving as a point of contact for employees and management on HR-related issues while also managing office operations.

- Assist in daily office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication within the office.

- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Educational Requirements and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Understanding of and sensitivity to the needs of seniors.
  • Must pass a background check and adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Follow instructions with a positive attitude.
  • Experience a plus, but not required
