, ideally in the Washington DC area
, but we welcome applications from anywhere across the country. Candidates based in DC will be expected to come to the office twice a week, typically on Tuesdays and Thursdays. As a Sales Engineer , you will play a critical role in customizing our platform for customers who are evaluating our product and during the onboarding phase. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, forward-thinking professionals, and a diverse set of industries.
You’ll Do
- Collaborate with prospective and new customers to customize and integrate our product into their environment.
- Work closely with the Sales team to demonstrate technical capabilities and provide tailored solutions during evaluations.
- Develop proof-of-concept implementations to showcase product value and feasibility.
- Provide hands-on support during customer onboarding and implementation phases.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code to enhance and adapt the product as needed.
- Train customers on best practices and provide technical guidance to maximize product adoption.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our implementation strategies.
- 4-6 years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Python.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the IT or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience building applications with low-code tools (Service Now, Appian, Out Systems, Power Apps).
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management platforms.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to AI technologies and their application in solving business problems.
- Experience working in a pre‑sales is a plus.
Experience customizing and integrating enterprise software solutions.
