Junior Power Developer & Knowledge Management Analyst

MDW Associates is seeking a Junior Power Developer & Knowledge Management Analyst to support the ODA&M. As a Junior Power Platform Developer & Knowledge Management Analyst supporting the ODA&M, you will design and deploy scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint to optimize Department of Defense (DoD) administrative workflows and data management. Your work will modernize workflows that protect individual rights and ensure departmental transparency through secure, data-driven applications.

The Junior Power Platform Developer & Knowledge Management Analyst may perform a combination of some or all of the following duties:

• Solution Development:
  Design and build responsive Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate flows to modernize business processes.
• Data Integration & Analytics:
  Build data models and dashboards using Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI to enhance organizational decision-making.
• Security & Governance:
  Implement Zero Trust principles using Microsoft Purview and ensure secure data sharing via Viva and SharePoint.
• Collaboration:
  
  Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specs; work with Dev Sec Ops  teams to ensure seamless deployment.
• Modernization:
  Transform legacy SharePoint applications into modern Power Platform solutions and provide training to promote user adoption.
• Documentation:
  Maintain technical specifications, user guides, and testing logs for all developed solutions.

• Agile:
  Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Technical Core:
  Hands-on experience with at least two of the following:
• Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse, AI Builder, or Microsoft Fabric.
• SharePoint:
  Proven experience maintaining or developing SharePoint applications.
• Dev Sec Ops :
  Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub, or Git Lab).

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience/certifications).

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET security clearance.
