Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of DoD or Federal IT Architecture and/or Infrastructure experience.

Ping Wind is seeking a highly skilled and security‑cleared Chief Cloud Architect and Lead Infrastructure Subject Matter Expert (CCALIS) to provide technical leadership and expert‑level support for AWS Gov Cloud architecture and infrastructure in support of Military Community & Family Policy (MC&FP) programs. CCALIS will guide the design, implementation, and optimization of secure, scalable, and high‑performing cloud environments while ensuring compliance with DoD and federal standards.

• Minimum of five years of experience in AWS Gov Cloud architecture and infrastructure support.
• Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise in AWS Gov Cloud architecture, infrastructure design, and cloud operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain secure and scalable infrastructure solutions aligned with DoD and MC&FP requirements.
• Lead infrastructure planning, system integration, cloud migration, and optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal and DoD cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional development and operations teams within Agile and Dev Sec Ops  environments.
• Advise stakeholders on infrastructure roadmaps, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Support incident response and system recovery related to infrastructure and cloud services.

• Tier 5 Investigation
• Minimum of five years of experience supporting cloud architecture and infrastructure in Dev Sec Ops  and Agile development environments.

• Master's Degree
