Position Overview We are seeking highly skilled Migration Partners to assist in the development and execution of a customizable plan supporting Navy Fleet Support. This role involves applying advanced technical expertise to implement robust business solutions, directing small teams, and ensuring on-site quality control. The successful candidate will work independently to navigate complex migration challenges and deliver high-quality results for our naval partners.

Key Responsibilities
* Solution Implementation:
Independently apply advanced technical expertise and skills to implement mission-critical business solutions.

* Team Leadership:
Direct and mentor small teams to ensure project milestones are met and technical standards are maintained.

* Quality Control:
Perform on-site quality control assessments to verify that migration activities align with Navy Fleet Support requirements.

* Technical Consultation:
Apply technical skills to help develop and refine highly customizable migration plans tailored to specific fleet needs.

* Project Oversight:
Ensure all implemented solutions are technically sound and meet the operational standards of the Navy. Required Technical Skills
* Migration Expertise:
Three or more years of relevant experience in technical migration support or systems implementation.

* Technical Problem Solving:
Advanced ability to apply technical skills to solve complex business and organizational challenges.

* Leadership:
Proven experience directing small teams within a technical or project-based environment.

* Communication:
Strong ability to document processes and communicate technical requirements to both team members and stakeholders. Preferred Skills & Experience
* Navy Support:
Prior experience supporting Navy Fleet Support or other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies.

* Systems Knowledge:
Familiarity with SAP migration frameworks and public sector business systems.

* Field Operations:
