IT Service Manager - Service Management Office

Responsibilities

• Backoffice activities in an international customer environment
• Management of invoice preparation and provision of procedural support for technical and organizational customer inquiries
• Providing support for transitions and re‑transitions as a representative of the team
• Creating and maintaining a wide variety of data records
• Processing commercial tickets
• Clarifying requirements with the customer (in writing or orally)
• Creating offers according to specifications
• Experience in dealing with customers and in the back office is desirable

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus
• Previous experience in IT service management or a related role in a back‑office environment
• Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks
• Experience in similar areas such as team assistance, support, or back office
• Basic knowledge of managed services, data centers, Azure, hosting, PaaS, IaaS or service transition
• Strong customer orientation and persuasiveness, and good skills in Microsoft Office
• Technical IT understanding
• Very good English skills (German an advantage)
