Pro Sidian, a management and operations consulting firm, seeks an experienced integration architect to support federal science agency human capital modernization projects. The role involves designing and implementing integrations between Service Now, SharePoint, and HR systems to improve operational efficiency and support data‑driven decision making.
Responsibilities- Design integration architecture across enterprise systems, ensuring interoperability, compliance, and scalability.
- Connect Service Now, SharePoint Online, and HR systems to streamline enterprise‑wide HR operations.
- Translate mission and user requirements into scalable, secure, compliant solutions.
- Lead technical decisions and guide delivery teams on integration best practices.
- Support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies.
- Facilitate digital transformation and process automation to enhance data‑driven decision making.
- Manage project milestones, timelines, and deliverables for integration initiatives.
- 8+ years of architectural experience in enterprise integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Service Now, SharePoint Online, middleware, API, and enterprise‑wide integration patterns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Experience in federal or public‑sector environments, preferably with NSF or similar agencies.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills for managing cross‑functional delivery.
- Strong time‑management and prioritization abilities.
