• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
• Set up and maintain network systems
• Monitor system performance and security
• Assist with training and support for staff members
• Keep accurate records of equipment and software inventory

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
