Ping Wind is seeking a Content Management System Specialist responsible for supporting the administration, configuration, and maintenance of content management systems to ensure controlled, accessible, and compliant management of MODES III digital content and documentation.

• Supports administration and day-to-day operation of content management systems used to store, manage, and publish program documentation and digital content.
• Assists with configuration of user access, permissions, workflows, and content structures to support secure and efficient content management.
• Supports content organization, metadata tagging, version control, and archival processes to ensure traceability and ease of retrieval.
• Assists with implementation of updates, enhancements, and configuration changes to content management platforms under established processes.
• Collaborates with configuration management, cybersecurity, and program teams to ensure content management practices align with security, compliance, and configuration control requirements.
