Information Technology Support Analyst Security Clearance

We are seeking a skilled Information Technology Support Analyst to support and maintain corporate and contract IT infrastructure across multiple locations in Northern Virginia. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently troubleshoot, maintain, and improve end-user systems and network operations. Must be a US Citizen. Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Accept a mentorship to assist the Information Technology (IT) Specialist in providing systems support tasks for hardware devices and software packages, help with installation setups, and revise existing documentation guidelines
• Provide timely technical support for users and work with them to solve existing problems
• Provide training for teams in multi-faceted departments, answer technology questions as needed, complete administrative tasks when required, and fill out documentation when requesting new inventory
• Commute short distances between office locations to provide support
• Provide support to remote users and escalate issues to supervisors as needed
