Enterprise Integration Engineer

Job Description

Pro Sidian seeks an Enterprise Integration Engineer focused on Service Now and SharePoint Online Development for integration support in the Mid Atlantic Region. The role is a senior systems engineer working on consulting engagements primarily with the Government and Public Services sector, including the National Science Foundation.

Provide services and support to improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation, enhance data‑driven decision‐making with advanced analytics, support regulatory compliance, and facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools.

• Design and deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency and streamline enterprise‑wide HR operations.
• Engineer, test, and optimize technical components for integration support including data pipelines, cloud services, automation routines, and operational reliability.
• Develop and maintain system integrations, support APIs and data exchange between Service Now, SharePoint Online, and HR systems.
• Ensure reliability, optimize data flow, and support performance‑based outcomes and SLAs.

• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on integration and systems engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Strong experience with Service Now and SharePoint Online development and integration.
• Familiarity with APIs, ETL, and data pipelines.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, leadership, and time‑management skills.
• U.S. citizenship required; no visa sponsorship.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Acrobat, Visio, and data analytic tools.
