Celestar seeks Senior Analytic Methodologist (Strategy Synchronizing) to support USCYBERCOM J2 at the National Capital Region (NCR).
ANTICIPATED AWARD: July 2026
ANTICIPATED START: July 2026
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base + 4 Option Years
LOCATION: National Capital Region (NCR)
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI with current Poly (≤5 yrs).

Responsibilities- Develop analytic strategies to resolve defense intelligence key requirements.
- Support intelligence framework development for cyber defense enterprise.
- Plan and guide long‑term growth strategy for cyber enterprise.
- Coordinate processes to mature cyber defense enterprise.
- Document operating instructions for command‑wide programs.
- 12+ yrs experience in labor category, master’s degree, recent 2 yrs activity.
- 17+ yrs experience, bachelor’s degree, recent 2 yrs activity.
- In‑depth knowledge of labor category mission‑critical tasks.
- Can work independently with minimal oversight.
- Active TS/SCI with current Poly (≤5 yrs).
