CI Operations IT Manager

This position requires a current and active TS/SCI with Poly at the time of application.

• The CI Operational IT Manager shall assist EMO with enterprise-level IT solutions supporting CI functional management, enterprise coordination and deconfliction, and performance assessment.
• Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • attending stakeholder and vendor meetings to identify functional management IT requirements
  • creating, publishing, managing FRDs for analytical tools, dashboards catalog systems, and coordination platforms, meeting notes, current and future capabilities requirements and backlogs
  • build proof of concepts for functional management solutions, policy and directive review, surveys, and other formal IT and business management documentation, specific for each product, and provide post-implementation performance and production analysis.
• the CI Operations IT Manager shall be a SME with expertise and experiences in a CI career field, specialized in CI investigations, operations, collection, analysis and production, functional services and/or mission support.
• Highly desired skills are a credentialed CI special agent or law enforcement at the State or Federal level, graduate of a special agent in CI or a HUMINT certified course.
• Mid-level contractor personnel work independently with moderate Government oversight.
• Provides comprehensive and completed products that may require multiple minor revisions and/or editing.

Education/

Experience:

• A Bachelor or Master's degree with 4-6 years of relevant subject matter experience, or, specialized training and 4-8 years' subject matter experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. The ability to move files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary would be required.
