When our country’s cybersecurity is on the line, a proactive plan is essential to support our defense information technology (IT) infrastructure. As a cyber policy analyst on our team, you’ll lead the assessment of your client's current cyber policies with a focus on Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM), policy coverage, and risk areas. You’ll evaluate how policies stack up against regulations, best practices, and industry standards.

You’ll guide the client through acceptable risk and availability, advance the strategic policy roadmap, and ensure robust policy as they navigate an evolving IT environment.

• Lead assessment of client cyber policies, focusing on ICAM.
• Evaluate policy compliance with regulations, best practices, and industry standards.
• Guide clients on acceptable risk and availability decisions.
• Develop and advance a strategic policy roadmap.
• Ensure robust policy implementation as clients navigate evolving IT environments.

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience with cybersecurity policy.
• 3+ years of experience with Department of War ICAM policy.
• Knowledge of Department of War policy processes.
• Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience with the Office of the Secretary of War (OSW) and OSW-level governance.
• Knowledge of IT implementation in the Department of War.
• CISSP, CISM, or similar cybersecurity certification.

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Top Secret clearance is required.

Projected annualized salary range: $69,400.00 to $ (USD). This range is one component of the total compensation package, which also includes benefits.
