Opportunity
Designs enterprise architecture (EA) to enable strategic or tactical transformations through informed decision-making at any level of an enterprise to support governance, future growth, adaptability, optimization, innovation, and modernization initiatives such as cloud, digital solutions, enterprise Dev Sec Ops , and AI/ML. Applies leading‑edge principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions.
Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentors or supervises employees in both company and technical competencies.
- 8+ years of experience in software delivery across key areas such as development, cyber security, data engineering and analytics, and operations
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive enterprise architecture frameworks for large‑scale organizations, including systems, data, applications, and infrastructure
- Experience delivering software applications, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data management, integration platforms, and emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning
- Experience ensuring compliance with U.S. government cyber compliance, including RMF, SRG, STIG, and mitigating risks in technology implementation and operations
- Experience providing enterprise IT operations across cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments supporting Dev Sec Ops , MLOps, and application and data management
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influence stakeholders, and collaborate with executives, IT teams, and business units to align technology solutions with organizational goals
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- AWS Associate, Azure Intermediate, DoD 8570 IAT Level III, or 8140 Certification
- Experience with COTS data platform technology such as Palantir, Databricks, or Cloudera
- Experience with Agentic platforms
- Experience with solutions architecture
- Experience in business development
- Knowledge of common software architecture patterns such as microservices, layered, event‑driven, or serverless
- Knowledge of DoDAF or ToGAF
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code frameworks such as Terraform or Ansible
- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
Master’s degree a plus

Compensation and BenefitsSalary range: $112,800 – $257,000 annually (based on location and experience). The role includes health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Full‑time and part‑time employees with at least 20 hours per week are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs.
