Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.
Human Capital Analytics (Human Capital Research & Programmatic Evaluation):
Support and enhance human capital analytics capabilities using agency-standard analytics platforms (e.g., Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) with Tableau supplementation) and continual enhancement of analytics tools for executive leaders, directorate leadership, and program analysts to use in support of assessing and planning activities. Conducting workforce research, program evaluations, and compliance assessments aligned with OPM HRStat and the GPRA Modernization Act. The Pro Sidian Engagement Team shall:
