Job Description
Pro Sidian seeks a Service Now/SharePoint Developer for Human Capital Technology Support – Self‑Service Portals (NSF
0061061) on an exempt W2 basis. The role is located in the Mid Atlantic Region, primarily in Alexandria, VA, with a hybrid model. It is classified under the Senior Systems Developer labor category and focuses on government and public services sector clients such as the National Science Foundation.
Provide services and support as a Service Now/SharePoint Developer in the Human Capital Solutions domain. Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data‑driven decision‑making using role‑based analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance with federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; and optimize service delivery through performance‑based outcomes and SLAs.
Develop and maintain self‑service portals to enhance employee engagement and reduce administrative burdens.
Responsibilities and Duties• Build, configure, test, and maintain solution components supporting Self‑Service Portals; develop workflows, dashboards, apps, automations, and integrations; and document deployment and support procedures.
• Design and develop digital workplace solutions, automate workflows, and integrate systems to deliver seamless Human Capital Technology Support through Service Now and SharePoint portals.
• Own complex deliverables as a senior specialist or technical lead, executing independently with strong subject‑matter expertise.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert and technical lead for Self‑Service Portals
Functional Area

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; five or more years of development experience.
Skills Required• Proficiency in Service Now and SharePoint development.
• Experience focused on Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services initiatives.
