Job Overview

Pro Sidian is seeking an RPA Developer for Human Capital Technology Support – Intelligent Automation (AI & RPA) (Job Reference NSF
0056056). The role supports the National Science Foundation (NSF) and other government clients in the Mid Atlantic region, primarily in Alexandria, VA, on a hybrid basis. The position operates as an exempt W2 contractor, with no overtime pay.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robotic process automation (RPA) bots and AI‑driven workflows to automate HR business processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, recommend appropriate automation technologies, and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document automation requirements, functional specifications, and support procedures.
• Maintain and support deployed automation solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing enhancements.

• Minimum 5 years of RPA development experience.
• Proficiency with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and scripting languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in government or public‑services sector, including exposure to federal human‑capital management policies, is highly desirable.
