Job Overview
Provide services and support as a Power Platform Specialist (Power Apps/Automate/BI) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector, focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as National Science Foundation (NSF) and Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) / Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The role is generally located in Alexandria, VA (Hybrid) and across the Mid Atlantic Region, working hybrid on/off client site.
Responsibilities- Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation.
- Enhance data‑driven decision‑making using role‑based advanced analytics and business intelligence.
- Support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies.
- Facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools.
- Optimize service delivery through performance‑based outcomes and SLAs.
- Implement SharePoint Online customization and development, including workflow automation, knowledge‑management solutions, and digital forms using Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder).
- Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions, dashboards, and automated workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
- 5+ years of experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience developing Power Platform solutions and SharePoint Online customization.
- Analytical thinking.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent project management, time‑management, and prioritization abilities.
- Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Artifacts: dashboards.
- Standard skills required: proficiency in project management methodologies, leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team management, multi‑tasking, attention to detail.
