Job Overview

Provide services and support as a LMS Integration Specialist for the Government And Public Services Industry Sector, focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as the National Science Foundation (NSF). The role involves delivering innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation, enhancing data‑driven decision‑making, and supporting regulatory compliance and federal human capital management policies.

• Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation.
• Enhance data‑driven decision‑making using role‑based advanced analytics and business intelligence.
• Support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies.
• Facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools.
• Optimize service delivery through performance‑based outcomes and SLAs.
• Develop and integrate services and systems (e.g., Active Directory, data warehouse, Linked In Learning) with agency enterprise applications, including requirements finalization, design documentation, testing, implementation, and operations.
• Integrate LMS with enterprise systems, manage data flows, and ensure training data accuracy.

• 5+ years of LMS integration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, or related field.

• LMS integration and data mapping.
• Project management methodologies and tools.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
• Time management and prioritization to meet project milestones.
• Analytical, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written).

• Detail orientation.

Location:

Alexandria, VA (Hybrid) and the Mid Atlantic Region. Exempt W2, no overtime pay. 1920 estimated hours.
