• Define, design, develop, and implement computer applications and solutions.
• Evaluate applications used by the organization, and upgrade or enhance existing programs.
• Conduct surveys to consider user needs and capture marketing research data.
• Oversee the implementation of computer solutions by managing programmers, coders, and equipment vendors to ensure the design is properly executed in a timely manner and stays within budget.
• Define and enhance computer applications used, work closely with management to know the plans and goals to make immediate developments on the system.
• Ensure that the system is secure and the network is well filtered.
• Test and integrate programs.
• Perform work under direct supervision.
• Handle basic issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff.

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT field.
• Active IAT Level II certification or equivalent.

• CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Certification.
