IAM Developer

Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a IAM Developer to join our team at our client’s site in Alexandria, VA.

• Play a critical role in the world of identity and access management and zero trust. Interface with stakeholders and engineering teams to delve into the details and dependencies of critical processes.
• Customizes and deploys Access Management Product and Identity Management product.
• Implements target IAM architecture and access control on applications, infrastructure, API and on Cloud services.
• Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.

• 3+ years experience with engineering IAM systems.
• 1+ years experience with implementing Okta.
• Knowledge of emerging authentication, authorization and privilege access management technologies and protocols.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management platforms, including Okta, Azure AD, as well as OpenID, OAuth and SAML specifications.

• Okta Certified Admin and/or Okta Certified Professional.
• Knowledge of various Access Control Frameworks, including NIST 800-63.
• Experience supporting large-scale access management solution.
• Experience with software development and working in an agile delivery team.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Directory architecture.
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
