A week in the life includes:

• Using an ADDIE approach for instructional and performance improvement material
• Developing and conducting client needs assessments
• Conducting needs, audience, task, content, media, and/or technology analyses
• Developing training plans, course flows, assessment plans, and testing strategies
• Developing course content (lesson plans, storyboards, and graphic ideas)
• Developing course in the client’s web-based authoring tool
• Interfacing with subject matter experts for course content and relevancy of material

• Between 2-7 years of related experience
• Master's degree in Instructional Systems Design, Instructional Technology, Learning and Development, or a related field is desired.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Experience using web-based authoring tools
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Capability to manage multiple lessons in various stages of production and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated team player
• Effective written/verbal communication and presentation skills
• A positive attitude, customer focus, and professional demeanor
