Valid8 Financial, Inc. is seeking a Tier 2 Help Desk Specialist to provide advanced application support and issue resolution for DoD OIG users. The successful candidate will triage and resolve escalated user issues, maintain ticketing systems, and coordinate with engineering teams.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of IT help desk experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and prefers experience in DoD environments. This position is contingent on contract win and provides comprehensive support.
