Key Logic, LLC is seeking an ERF Software/Hardware Installation Specialist in Alexandria, VA to support their Service Desk contract. The position involves fulfilling service requests for both internal and external customers, ensuring prompt and courteous handling.
The Specialist will provide on-site support, manage requests, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. Candidates should have an Associate’s Degree and at least one year of relevant experience, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, with a requirement for on-site presence during business hours.
