Position: Stakeholder Engagement Specialist with Security Clearance
Title Stakeholder Engagement Specialist Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Description RiVidium is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to support our planned MODES III team supporting Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). This role supports Outreach & Engagement Services and helps deliver mission-focused outcomes for service members, families, and related stakeholders. Executes PWS

C.5.2 stakeholder engagement strategy; coordinates senior leader communications and quantifies engagement impact through analytics reporting. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities
* Support stakeholder engagement activities, coordination, and communication planning.
* Help prepare materials, talking points, and engagement support artifacts.
* Track engagement activity and contribute to analytics, reporting, and follow-up actions.
* Coordinate with internal and external partners to support mission-aligned outreach.

Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
* Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Mid (5-8 yrs), Senior (10+ yrs).
* Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role and work with sensitive but unclassified information.
* Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience supporting public sector, defense, or mission-focused digital communications programs.
* Familiarity with audience analytics, user-centered design, accessibility, and content performance measurement.
* Experience collaborating across content, design, stakeholder engagement, social media, and campaign teams.

Work Setting This role is expected to support work in the Alexandria, Virginia area, with on-site support at the DoD Mark Center or other customer-approved locations as required.
