Job Description
Pro Sidian seeks an AI / Automation Architect – Human Capital Technology Support – Intelligent Automation (AI & RPA) for program support on an exempt W2 contract at a hybrid location in Alexandria, VA, serving the Mid Atlantic Region with federal agency clients such as the National Science Foundation.
Job OverviewProvide services and support as an AI / Automation Architect focused on HR technology ecosystems and enterprise‑wide decision‑making. Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation, process automation, data‑driven decision‑making, regulatory compliance, and seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools. Optimize service delivery through performance‑based outcomes and SLAs.
ResponsibilitiesImplement intelligent automation of HR business processes using agency‑approved technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), AI‑driven workflows, and chatbots. Recommend and implement a balanced mix of RPA and AI capabilities based on business needs, control requirements, and return on investment. Provide guidance on machine learning ethics and responsible AI in alignment with federal policy. Design AI/RPA solutions, define architecture, ensure ethical AI and compliance, and translate mission and user requirements into scalable, secure, compliant solutions to guide technical decisions.
QualificationsEducation / Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, IT, or related field; 8+ years of experience in AI/automation.
Skills Required: Management and financial consulting, acquisition and grants management support, business program and project management services, AI, RPA, architecture design.
