Role OverviewNHSA is hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Associate to take ownership of the organization's day-to-day digital marketing operations. This is a hands‑on execution role with broad responsibility for how content gets distributed and how NHSA's marketing technology stack runs.
This position is not the primary content creator, but it owns everything that happens after content is created— scheduling, deploying, quality‑checking, measuring, and continuously improving performance across every channel NHSA uses.
Scope of Work and Core Responsibilities Hub Spot Administration- Managing the CRM day to day, including creating and updating contact records.
- Building, testing, scheduling, and deploying email campaigns and automated workflows.
- Building and maintaining audience segments.
- Setting up campaign tracking, UTM parameters, and reporting.
- Keeping contact data clean and compliant.
- Monitoring deliverability and list health.
- Publishing content updates and building new pages.
- Handling routine maintenance including plugin, theme, and core updates.
- Identifying and implementing UX improvements.
- Keeping on-page SEO in order.
- Maintaining forms and lead capture tools.
- Troubleshooting site issues.
- Scheduling and publishing posts across Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, X, and You Tube.
- Executing the content calendar.
- Prepping assets for each platform.
- Monitoring social channels and routing incoming messages.
- Tracking channel performance and reporting.
- Operating new tools as they're added to the stack.
- Supporting campaigns, events, and special initiatives.
- Collaborating across teams to execute distribution plans.
- 3 or more years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
- Expertise in administering Hub Spot.
- Proven ability to move quickly and execute with high accuracy.
- Strong working knowledge of Word Press.
- Experience running social media channels.
- Fluency with GA4.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work streams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hub Spot certifications.
- Experience with Social Press Kit, Video Ask, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Head Start or nonprofit advocacy.
- Comfort with basic HTML and CSS.
- Background in marketing automation or lifecycle marketing.
