Role Overview
The ISSO 2 provides acquisition support, contract support, fielding management, quality assurance surveillance plan (QASP) operations, government furnished equipment (GFE) provisioning, project management, communications, and engineering services to the ARCYBER and NETCOM AESD and AESMP Functional Manager, Operations Manager and the AESMP System Owner.
What You Will DoProvide direct operational support to the AESD (Tier 1 Service Desk) and AESMP (Service Now) Operations, conduct requirements analysis, design, development, performance measurement, procurement, and more.
Why It Might Be a FitRequires a strong technical background, leadership ability, and excellent communication skills. Must be able to travel up to 5 percent and have a Secret security clearance.
Requirements- ACTIVE DOD SECRET CLEARANCE required
- BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Services or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a full time IT professional
- Familiar with Agile development processes
- 3+ years of experience using the Remedy or Service Now ITSM tool
- Working knowledge and understanding of Amazon Connect telephony system
- 3+ years of experience diagnosing and documenting problems
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
- US Citizenship is required
- Able to travel up to 5 percent
