Position: Command Aware and Radio Systems Administrator with Security Clearance
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Command Aware and Radio Systems Administrator to join our team in Alexandria, VA, Philadelphia, PA, or Chandler, AZ. This is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week. In this role, you will perform the administration, data integrity checks, and cross-functional coordination of our Command Aware systems, ensuring seamless tactical communications and robust data management across the entire Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* System Administration & Data Updates:
Support Command Aware coordination efforts to continuously update, maintain, and validate critical operational data

* AOR-Wide Field Coordination:
Coordinate directly with field personnel to assist in planning and executing comprehensive, AOR-wide system and data updates

* Identity & Call Sign Management:
Accurately update radios within the Command Aware platform with designated call signs and organize structural folders with radio user profiles

* Console Database Integration:
Collaborate closely with TACCOM staff to implement, manage, and coordinate essential updates to the alias database for communication consoles

* Data Resilience & Governance:
Follow established processes for data backup, secure storage, and historical tracking to preserve system auditing

* Standardization & Records Management:
Utilize technical policies, operational procedures, and work instructions to maintain a robust records management framework

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network/Telecommunications Engineering or a related field AND 4+ years of work experience, OR Master's and 2+ years of experience, OR Associate and 6+ years of experience, OR High School diploma/GED and 8+ years of experience

* System Engineering Expertise:
Experience operating as an IT Systems Engineer or Network & Systems Administrator within a complex enterprise environment

* Database & Lifecycle Coordination:
Experience performing large-scale data updates, tracking historical changes, and managing alias databases or configurations across distributed teams

* Data Continuity:
Proven ability to execute reliable data backup, storage, and long-term records management procedures

* Teamwork:
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications:

* Platform Familiarity:
Prior experience administering or coordinating within Motorola Command Aware or closely related tactical management suites

* Governance Writing:
Experience working with and maintaining formal technical policies, compliance procedures, and organizational guidelines for federal or regulated systems Security Clearance Requirements:
* U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain agency suitability prior to starting this position

* Position may require the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

* The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time

* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers via email, phone, and/or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
