Radiant Logic Engineer
In this role, you will work on an Agile delivery team to implement Radiant Logic solutions for a federal organization. You will use your subject matter expertise to architect a performant Radiant Logic solution to replace a legacy system and support new identity governance and administration (IGA) and privileged access management (PAM) implementations. You will also help support CI/CD within Gitlab by creating pipelines and updating configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with your team and across IAM work streams to architect a Radiant Logic solution that addresses existing requirements and can scale to meet new ones.
- Directly support the technical development and implementation of Radiant Logic.
- Build and support Gitlab CI/CD pipelines and assist with repository management.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships and expectations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for your team and review deliverables to ensure quality.
- Educate stakeholders about and advocate for industry-standard best practices.
- Stay current with new technologies and products related to Radiant Logic and make recommendations for their use.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing Radiant Logic.
- At least 2 years of experience with Gitlab and CI/CD.
Technical
Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Radiant Logic's role in a cohesive IAM program, its implementation to support IGA and PAM solutions, and its functions and principles, including custom connectors.
- Thorough knowledge of Agile development methodologies, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Structured Query Language (SQL), Active Directory, Git Lab, and CI/CD best practices.
- General knowledge of IAM's place in a zero-trust security architecture, Dev Ops, and at least one major cloud service provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Working knowledge of at least two of the following:
System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM), Representational State Transfer (REST) APIs, Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) APIs, or the Java programming language.
Certifications:
- Security+
Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of a Radiant Logic certification.
- Possession of an advanced, industry-standard cybersecurity certification, such as (ISC)2 CISSP or ISACA CISM.
- Experience working in or with the US federal government.
