Basic Qualifications
- Attention to Detail – Performs testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, maintenance of resources used for the transmission of information in data, voice and/or video format. Ensures systems availability, functionality, integrity, and efficiency.
- Customer Service – Provides customer support services including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customer assistance, and training in response to user requirements.
- Oral Communication – Coordinates support services in response to customer needs. Develops standards and procures for applications and coordinates efforts with team members.
- Problem Solving – Ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data through the planning, analysis, development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of information systems security programs, policies, procedures, and tools.
One full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS‑11 level in Federal service. Qualifying experience providing Information Technology concepts, methods, standards, and practices as they relate to Litigation Support functions. This includes knowledge of database creation and utilization, developing and managing Litigation Support systems, processing Electronically Stored Information (ESI), and pre‑trial and trial support, including courtroom presentation services.
Preferred QualificationsPossess experience loading, processing, managing, and producing electronically stored information (ESI) in eDiscovery platforms.
