eDiscovery Data Analyst

Information Technology – Full time – DOJ MBI clearance required – Regular employee – No travel.

• Join a growing eDiscovery operations team and gain hands‑on experience supporting complex legal technology environments.
• Develop expertise in industry-leading platforms including Relativity One and Relativity Server while working with real-world litigation and investigative data.
• Learn the full data lifecycle in eDiscovery, including data loading, migrations, productions, exports, and quality control processes.
• Build a strong foundation in eDiscovery technology with opportunities for career growth and advancement.

• Perform data loading, migration, export, and production tasks within Relativity One and Relativity Server environments.
• Prepare, validate, and troubleshoot electronic data to ensure accurate and timely delivery to internal teams and clients.
• Manage data workflows including load file preparation, metadata validation, document imports, exports, and production releases.
• Perform quality control checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies, errors, and processing issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, attorneys, analysts, and technical teams to support eDiscovery workflows and client deliverables.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience, technical training, or relevant coursework will be considered.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Basic understanding of databases, file structures, data formats, or technical workflows preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Familiarity with Relativity One, Relativity Server, or other eDiscovery platforms.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, scripting, data management, or other technical tools.
• Interest in pursuing a career in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal technology, or data operations.
• Ability to analyze issues, troubleshoot problems, and independently research solutions.
• A proactive mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn from experienced team members.

$39,400 – $68,300
